What this site is for

Presenting our commercial gutter work and taking service requests from the people responsible for buildings. Budget brackets published here are orientation, not offers; the figure that binds either side is the one on the written proposal issued after a survey has seen the roof.

Service requests and surveys

Sending the form costs nothing and obliges you to nothing. Surveys and proposals are likewise free. Work begins only once a proposal has been accepted in writing, and scope, dates, access and payment terms live in that document rather than on this page.

Acceptable use

No bulk scraping, no fabricated submissions, no probing of the forms or the infrastructure behind them. Traffic that behaves that way gets filtered without notice.

Limits of what a website can promise

The explanations here are written with care, but no page can see your trough, your access constraints or your lease. Within the limits the law allows, decisions taken purely on general web content stay your own, and nothing here reduces rights that statute gives you.

Whose material this is

Text, images and structure belong to us or to our licensors. Quote briefly with attribution if you like; wholesale reuse is not on the table.
