What arrives with your request

A service request carries the fields you typed: ZIP code, what the building needs, the optional description, your name and your phone number. A contact message carries your name, email address, subject and text. Server logs record the usual technical traces, IP address and browser type among them, and we use those mainly to keep automated junk out of the inbox.

What we use it for

Calling you back, planning the survey, writing the proposal and running any work you commission. Nothing in that list involves selling your details, trading them or feeding them to advertising machinery, and none of that happens.

Whose hands it passes through

The coordinator who calls you, the crew assigned to your building, and the hosting infrastructure this site runs on, which is bound by its own confidentiality obligations. That is the full list.

How long it stays

For the life of the file on your building plus the retention that bookkeeping law expects. Write to contact@commercial-gutter-repair.com and earlier deletion is done without debate.

What you can demand
